Welcome to the Snow Abode of India – Shimla Manali! The perfect start to your fairytale, packed with loads of snow-filled fun, gushing white waters, and heart-warming green landscapes, blessed with a touch of spirituality. Fall in love with your special someone at these breathtaking hill stations!
Honeymoon Tour (IFLY) guests will report at Chhatrapati Shivaji Domestic/International Airport- the respective airline terminal, two hours before the scheduled flight departure time.
After collecting the snacks hamper from the Veena World Airport Representative and completing check-in formalities, Honeymoon Tour guests will travel to Delhi.
Joining & Leaving (J&L) Honeymoon Tour guests will directly join at Delhi Airport as per the scheduled group flight arrival time.
Upon arrival, the Veena World Tour Manager will meet all Honeymoon Tour guests and proceed to Chandigarh. Chandigarh is the first planned city in India designed by renowned French architect Le Corbusier.
In the evening, all Honeymooners will have a short Meet and greet session.
Today we visit Pinjore Gardens – a garden built in traditional Mughal style with seven terraces descending into a distance having grand pavilions and beautiful fountains. Then we proceed to Shimla – the capital city of Himachal Pradesh.
Today we visit the winter sports capital of Shimla – Kufri followed by Indira Bungalow and Himalayan Zoo. In the evening we stroll on the famous Mall Road of Shimla to see Scandal Point, Shimla Church, and various beautiful colonial buildings of British Raaj.
Today we proceed to Manali, en route, we drive past the Beas Sutlej Link Project, Pandoh Dam, and Scenic Kullu Valley. During our tea halt, we visited the Kullu Shawl factory. In the evening we arrive at Manali – the favorite destination of Honeymooners.
Today a spectacular drive will take us to Rohtang Road Snow Point. We have free time to play in the snow and click pictures to our heart’s content. In the evening we enjoy traditional Himachali Folk Dance.
Please Note: Rohtang Pass is 51 km away from Manali. This Pass is not accessible for almost 8 months in a year, as it is covered by snow. We generally visit the snow point on Rohtang road, which has been permitted by the Border Security Force. Also note: Snow clothes, jackets, and gum boots are available for rent in the shops located on Rohtang Road, you can rent them at an additional cost if needed.
Today proceed to Solang Valley – a splendid valley in Solang village offering magnificent views of the glaciers and snow-capped mountains. Here we enjoy a Ropeway ride and admire the Himalayan mountains. Those who have with adventure spirit can experience thrilling activities like Paragliding, Biking, Trekking, and Hiking at an additional cost.
Later we visited Hidimba Mandir and its beautiful surroundings.
In the evening we have free time for shopping.
Being a last night in Manali, let’s gather before dinner and have a memorable evening with music and dance. Let’s celebrate!
Today let’s experience the thrilling activity of River Rafting and the rapids of the cool white waters of Beas River. Later we proceeded to Chandigarh.
Please Note: For safety reasons, those who weigh below 30-35kgs are not allowed for water rafting.
Today we visit Rock Garden – a garden full of sculptures completely built from industrial waste, scraps, home waste, and thrown-away items.
It’s time now to say goodbye!
Honeymoon Tour (IFLY) guests will proceed to Delhi Airport as per the scheduled group flight departure time.
Joining & Leaving (J&L) Honeymoon Tour guests can be dropped at Delhi Airport along with a scheduled group or they can have their arrangements made for the return journey back home.
Honeymoon Tour concludes with mixed feelings! I am happy to have made so many good friends, visited beautiful places, and collected joyful memories to be cherished for a lifetime. We leave with a heavy heart as the golden days of the Honeymoon Tour come to an end.
